Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Kerf Pro. This policy explains our money-back guarantee, how refunds are processed, and how to cancel.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase Kerf Pro and you are not satisfied, email us at support@smoothgrain.app within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked, no forms. This applies to any Kerf Pro purchase, whether a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time purchase.
2. Try before you buy
Kerf has a free tier, so you can use the core editor at no cost and evaluate Kerf before upgrading to Pro.
3. How refunds are processed
Purchases are sold through our merchant of record, Paddle. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.
4. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Kerf Pro subscriptions are auto-renewing: unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged the then-current price. A one-time purchase is not recurring. You can cancel a subscription at any time — from your SmoothGrain account or by emailing support@smoothgrain.app. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again.
